Terms of Service — Freesaweria

Last updated: March 2025

These Terms of Service apply to your use of Freesaweria.com. By uploading content, embedding visuals, or simply browsing the site, you agree to what’s written below. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, please stop using the platform.

We keep this page straightforward. No dense paragraphs designed to be skipped. If you have questions after reading, write to us and we’ll clarify.

1. What Freesaweria Does

Freesaweria hosts visual content related to properties and spaces — listing photos, floor plan sketches, elevation drawings, room-by-room shots, 360-degree panoramas, and virtual walkthroughs. Builders, agents, architects, interior designers, and home seekers use the platform to store and share these visuals.

We provide embedding tools so you can place hosted visuals on your own site or listing page. We also offer higher-resolution hosting and interactive formats for those who need more than basic image sharing.

The platform is free to use for standard hosting. Some advanced features may carry a fee, and those will be clearly marked before you commit to anything.

2. Who Can Use the Platform

You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you’re under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms with you.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide during signup. Don’t impersonate someone else, don’t create accounts for the purpose of misleading people, and don’t share your login credentials with others. If someone gains access to your account through your own negligence, that’s on you.

3. Content You Upload

You keep ownership of what you create. Uploading a floor plan or a set of property photos doesn’t transfer copyright to us. You grant Freesaweria a limited license to store, display, and serve your content — purely so the platform can function as intended. This license ends when you delete your content.

By uploading, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission from the owner to share it.
  • The content doesn’t violate anyone else’s intellectual property rights.
  • You’re not uploading anything illegal, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading.

We don’t pre-screen uploads, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we believe creates risk for the platform or its users. We’ll typically notify you if we take something down, though we’re not obligated to in urgent cases.

Property visuals come with responsibility. If you’re an agent or builder uploading listing photos, make sure they accurately represent the property. Deliberately misleading visuals — heavily altered photos that hide structural issues, floor plans that misrepresent dimensions — may be removed. Buyers and renters make decisions based on what they see. We take misrepresentation seriously.

4. What You Can’t Do

Some boundaries to keep the platform usable and safe for everyone:

  • Don’t upload content that is abusive, harassing, or targets someone based on identity, religion, caste, or background.
  • Don’t use Freesaweria to host anything illegal under Indian law — this includes fraudulent property listings, content that violates RERA guidelines where applicable, or material that infringes on someone’s privacy.
  • Don’t attempt to access other users’ accounts or private content.
  • Don’t overload the platform with automated uploads, scrapers, or scripts that degrade performance for others.
  • Don’t use the embedding feature to place Freesaweria-hosted content on sites engaged in spam, phishing, or malicious activity.

We’re a small team. We built this platform for real people sharing real spaces. Abusive behavior gets accounts suspended — and we don’t have a lengthy appeals theatre. We’ll hear you out if you believe a mistake was made, but we won’t negotiate with bad actors.

5. Embedding and External Use

Our embedding tools let you place hosted visuals on external sites — your agency page, a property portal, a blog about home design. When you use these embeds, you agree that:

  • You won’t present Freesaweria-hosted content in a way that suggests endorsement by us of your listing, service, or business.
  • You won’t strip attribution or attempt to hide the source of embedded content through technical workarounds.
  • If you embed content that includes identifiable interiors or personal spaces, you’ve obtained consent from the occupants or owners.

We may limit embedding bandwidth or block embedding from specific domains if we detect abuse. We’ll try to give notice, but we prioritize platform stability.

6. Privacy and Data

We collect the minimum needed to run your account — typically an email address and whatever you choose to share in your profile. We don’t sell user data, we don’t run invasive ad trackers, and we don’t share your information with third parties except as required by law.

Uploaded visuals are served through our infrastructure. We use reasonable security measures to protect stored content, but no online platform can guarantee absolute security. If you’re uploading sensitive property documents or anything confidential, think twice before hosting it on a public-facing service.

For more detail, refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Copyright and Takedown Requests

If you believe someone has uploaded content that infringes your copyright — for example, your architectural drawings, your photographs, your floor plan designs — write to us with:

  • A description of the copyrighted work.
  • The URL where the infringing content appears on Freesaweria.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized.

We’ll review and respond promptly. Repeat infringers get their accounts terminated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Freesaweria is provided as-is. We work to keep the platform running smoothly, but we don’t make guarantees about uninterrupted availability. Servers go down. Maintenance happens. We’re not liable for:

  • Loss of uploaded content (please keep local backups of anything important).
  • Downtime that affects embedded visuals on your site or listing.
  • Decisions made based on content hosted on the platform — including property purchase or rental decisions.
  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the preceding six months. For free users, that amount is zero. We know that sounds blunt, but it reflects the reality of a free hosting platform.

9. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time. Your hosted content will be removed from public access, though cached copies may persist for a short period on CDN servers beyond our immediate control.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that remain inactive for extended periods, or that we determine pose a legal or operational risk to the platform. For inactive accounts, we’ll attempt to reach you before taking action.

10. Changes to These Terms

We’ll update these terms as the platform evolves. When we do, we’ll note the revision date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we’ll notify registered users by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

We won’t make retroactive changes that strip rights you already had under a previous version.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms? Need to report a violation? Want to request content removal? Write to us directly. We read every message, even if we can’t always respond immediately.

Email: [email protected]

We’re a small operation. You’ll likely get a reply from someone who actually works on the platform, not a template from a support queue.

Thank you for reading through. We built Freesaweria to be useful — for agents trying to present properties honestly, for buyers scrolling through listings late at night, for architects and designers sharing their work. These terms exist to keep that ecosystem functioning fairly. If something here feels unclear or unreasonable, tell us. We mean that.
